Shipping

UPS or USPS are currently used for shipping orders within the continental United States. If you are located in another country, please email rachelgoodmanartworks@gmail.com for international shipping rates. Orders usually ship within 3-5 business days (with the exception of some commissions).

If you are shipping a gift or need to receive your order by a certain day, please mention it in the note section when placing your order or email me at rachelgoodmanartworks@gmail.com, and I will do my best to get the painting or pottery to you in time! 

Local Dallas-Fort Worth Residents

Paintings: If you live in the DFW metroplex and would rather pick-up your painting rather than have it shipped, then please add a note to your order or send an email to rachelgoodmanartworks@gmail.com to schedule pick-up or local delivery.

Pottery: The price listed for each piece includes the price of the piece only. Taxes and shipping will be calculated at checkout. Local drop off is available for residents or businesses within a 10-mile radius of Allen, TX (zip code 75013); otherwise, normal shipping rates apply. All pieces will be shipped via UPS or USPS. Please allow up to 5 business days for shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

All pottery, paintings, custom commission pieces, and prints are final sale. 

All pottery and paintings are hand wrapped and shipped from Allen, TX. I take the utmost care in protecting your investment; however, should your pottery piece or artwork arrive damaged, please contact me immediately at rachelgoodmanartworks@gmail.com with photos and I promise to fix the issue.
